US publication D904234. The publication date is Dec. 8th 2020 and the filing date is Sept. 14th 2018.

This will just be a picture article because this is a design patent, so there are very few actual words associated with this patent. Porsche’s design arm have applied for a design patent for a new E-bike and it looks pretty damn cool. I’ll keep an eye out for utility patents to get some juicier info.

It appears Porsche have design a fairly unique shape, so they want to have some level of legal protection against copycats.

The one claim says:

The ornamental design for a bicycle frame, as shown and described

Additionally, Porsche state:

The broken line showing of the bicycle frame is for the purpose of illustrating portions of the bicycle frame and forms no part of the claimed design.

I could only find two instances that this was publicized.
